AddressCloud: Product Designer & Director

2025– Present

  • Led the co-creation of a unified platform experience for this geospatial data and risk analysis scale-up. After setting direction, I established a new working product design practice using AI-assisted coding tools. I continue to lead cross-functional product design work focused on insurance underwriter workflows.

  • Improved design implementation efficiency, raised quality standards, contributed and improved sales enablement outcomes.

Marketing Intelligence AI: Acting Product Design Lead

2025 – Present

  • Responsible for 0 → 1 MVP creation for a marketing intelligence startup. I led strategic discovery and co-design workshops to uncover business, user and technical requirements. Led full UX & product design direction. Delivered a working coded MVP within 6 weeks using open source-accelerated workflows.

  • Helped acquire first customers, validated PMF and supported seed-stage funding.

Enterprise Insurance SaaS: Head of Product Design

2020 – 2024

  • Brought in to lead a comprehensive product design transformation of an enterprise insurance platform. I oversaw foundational product design streams and strategy, introduced global design systems and built the product design function - leading recruitment, onboarding, scaling plans, mentoring and delivery oversight. The team worked in agile dual-track UX/UI sprints under my leadership.

  • Improved design quality and team efficiency shaping multi-year product and design strategy. Onboarding praised by new team members as “the best the team had ever seen.”

Capita (AMT Sybex): Fractional Head of Product Design

2020 – 2021

  • Defined the product design vision and elevated internal design and research maturity across a suite of asset management workplace tools. Led a small embedded team, aligning cross-functional stakeholders around user-centred and iterative ways of working.

  • Established foundational design processes and helped shift the organisation toward a more collaborative, design-led culture. Contributed to AMT’s successful £80M acquisition.

Gain Theory: UX & UI Design Director

2017 – 2020

  • Led UX strategy and UI direction for a 0 → 1 product within WPP’s internal data insights consultancy. Set and validated the design vision, working closely with research to extract user, data and business insights. Collaborated cross-functionally to deliver vision prototypes, exploratory artefacts and a full design system.

  • Enabled successful product rollout, contributed to a 9/10 NPS and helped Gain Theory secure Forrester ‘Leader’ status.

SHL/CEB: UX & UI Design Director

2014 – 2016

  • Worked on the unification of SHL’s talent platforms across pre and post-hire journeys. Created service blueprints, journey maps, user flows, prototypes and UI assets. Supported multiple internal teams, improving cross-functional collaboration and quality. Delivered the CEB global design language repository.

  • Significant front-end development time savings and improved design consistency. Supported CEB’s $400M acquisition.

Darwin: UX & UI Designer

2012 – 2014

  • Led multiple phases of UX & UI work across this employee benefits and rewards platform. Designed onboarding and engagement flows, created sales demo prototypes and developed the foundation of the Darwin UI design system.

  • Achieved a 57% reduction in user task times and a 5% increase in pension enrolment. Supported platform growth into new territories and a £250M acquisition.

Channel 4: UX & UI Designer

2010 – 2012

  • Redesigned the Film4 website and introduced key new features, including Watchlist alerts. Conducted audience research, usability testing and delivered complete UX and UI assets.

  • Nominated for a Digital Broadcast Award in 2012. Internally voted one of Channel 4’s best websites.
